I had a mostly enjoyable stay at Bel Air On Broadbeach, but there were a few letdowns. The room I received didn't match the pictures I saw online, and the kitchen appliances seemed a bit outdated. Still, the location was fantastic-right near the beach and Pacific Fair Shopping Center.

The location was perfect, allowing easy access to restaurants and the tram station. however, there were some maintenance issues in my apartment that detracted from the experience. Overall, it was a good holiday spot to unwind, but there is room for improvement.
